Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required to "Hold the Date"
  • 50% of remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
  • 100% of remaining balance induces the day of your event.
If there are any supplemental charges resulting from your event, you will be billed those additional charges. Payment for these additional charges will be due within 15 days of the event.

All drop-off or pick-up catering payments are due at time of service. For direct bill clients, payment is due within15 days of service.


All states taxes are applicable and will be added to the event total. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide us with the tax exemption certificate one week prior to the event.

Service Charge

A standard service charge is added to all catered events.

Method of Payment

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Corporate or Personal Checks. There will be a $35.00 fee assessed to all returned checks.
